Weld procedure and weld operator certification is done by Pro-Fusion on the actual welds developed by the welding engineers and performed by the machine operators. Gas Purity and Gas Purging Products save time and shield gas costs, greatly enhancing weld quality and yield. Purge dams decrease the volume of gas that needs to be purged, thus allowing for rapid reduction of the oxygen content in the local area. Oxygen analyzers ensure that the oxygen content is low enough to produce a weld within specification.
