Robust Design
Lathe Welding Systems

Precision Welding Lathes provide all of the features necessary to position and rotate parts for circumferential welding. The extreme accuracy of part rotation in conjunction with the air-actuated torch advance/retract feature and part holding via air tailstock provide all the requirements for precision joining using the Tig, Plasma, or Laser welding processes. Dual Arc 80 Precision Micro-TIG/Micro Plasma Power Supply

Many manufacturers make you choose between TIG and Plasma for your Micro-Arc welding needs because they only offer either a Micro-TIG or a Micro-Plasma power supply. The Dual Arc 80 resolves this problem by providing both Micro-TIG and Micro-Plasma capability in one power supply. It has a large number of features for automatic and manual welding, such as arc pulsation, weld program storage, external peripheral communication port, and advanced interface all for a competitive price. Customers also have the option to buy the Micro-TIG system portion first and then add Micro-Plasma later. Click the picture or section title to get more details or click here to request a quote on any of these products.

Micro TIG 80 Power Supply

The Micro TIG 80 is a Micro Arc power supply that allows the user to perform low amperage manual welding. It is a more basic unit than the Dual Arc 80, but offers a lower priced alternative for users who don't need the advanced features of the Dual Arc 80. Click the picture or section title to get more details or click here to request a quote on this product.

Higher Amperage Power Supplies

TIG and Plasma welding power supplies are available for higher amperage applications in both manual and automatic configurations. A plasma console is also available for integration with many TIG welding power supplies to add the plasma welding process to your process capability. Click here to request a quote on this product.

GS-2000 Electrode Gap Setting Device

The Touch/Retract Gap Setter torch positioner motions the torch electrode to touch the part to be welded and then retracts to an exact arc gap distance programmable in thousandths of an inch prior to each weld cycle. The electrode is also retracted after post purge for easier part removal. Comes complete with a 3" anti-backlash ram & remote pendant. Click here to request a quote on this product.

Micro-Arc Welding Workstation

Pro-Fusion offers micro-arc welding workstation components for repair of tool, die, and mold components. Products available include microscopes, heat plates, micro-wire, micro-die grinders, darkening lens, halogen lighting, training materials, and more. These items can be purchased individually or as a complete package. Click here to request a quote on this product.

Arc Voltage Contollers (AVC)

The Arc Voltage Control (AVC) automatically sets a preset torch gap distance prior to each weld cycle. AVC offers the option of automatically moving the torch/electrode during the weld cycle to respond to part height variations and maintain the correct arc gap distance. System includes AVC control module and a 3" stroke ram assembly. Click here to request a quote on this product.

Magnetic Arc Controllers (MAC)

Magnetic Arc Controllers (MAC) provide the ability to stabilize the arc by clamping probes around a TIG or plasma welding torch and holding the arc in position using a magnetic field. This improves weld quality and many times provides increased weld speeds due to the enhanced arc stability. An enhanced MAC model also allows the arc to be oscillated back and forth which is a desired feature for many welding applications. Click here to request a quote on this product.
