Welding Gas Quality And Gas Grades

Listed below are some of the more commonly used gas grades commercially available. In manual welding an experience operator can sometimes allows for many inconsistencies. In order to perform repeatable precision arc welding with an automated welding system, it is vital to have all inputs to the welding system consistent. Ensure that you have a supplier of welding gas that already has a quality control program established and can provide consistent quality gas.
