PRO-FUSION Offers 3 Micro Welding Solutions
Pictured above: Dual Arc 82 Welding Power Supply on top, DA-WR Water cooler underneath (required for Plasma Welding Only) The system is 19.5” (50 cm) square. As shown on the attached pdf.
DUAL ARC 82 HFP
MICRO - PLASMA / MICRO - TIG
With easy arc starting at just 0.1 amp, this is the ultimate micro welding
machine. Dual process offers plasma welding and TIG welding from one
power supply providing you complete flexibility for selecting the best
process for your varying applications. The DUAL ARC 82 HFP offers full
robotic integration, pulse control, timers starting at 0.1 seconds for
pre-flow, upslope, welding time, downslope and post-flow, weld program
storage, HF low and high control, and plasma welding console controls, all
built in. This means you can begin with a TIG configuration and later, if a
need for plasma welding arises, all you need to add is the water cooler and
torch.
Welding Output: Low: 0.1 - 20 Amps High: 20 - 80 Amps

EASY ARC STARTS AT EXTREMELY LOW AMPERAGE, COMBINED WITH SOFT,
STABLE ARC CHARACTERISTICS DEFINE THE MICRO-ARC POWER SUPPLIES FROM
PRO-FUSION
PRO-FUSION is relentless in the pursuit of superior arc characteristics at extremely low amperages. We design our machines with 2 welding ranges, low and high. This allows optimum performance at the lowest end of the range because you aren’t trying to weld at extremely low amperage using a circuit capable of much higher output.
MICRO ARC DC 170.5 HF
The MICRO ARC DC 170.5 HF takes an arc start at just 0.5 amps and
pairs it up with a state of the art digital control panel that offers upslope,
welding time, downslope, post-flow and weld program storage. Built in
pulse control provides heat control when you need it. This
machine features FAN ON DEMAND, turning on only when necessary
when welding at low amperage, reducing ambient noise and saving
energy. Unique Pulse of Reverse Polarity at the end of the weld cycle
helps keep tungsten clean, providing longer tungsten life. A robotic
connection allows pairing with motion devices such as Pro-Fusion’s
Precision Welding Lathe and Precision Welding Positioner.
Welding Output: Low: 0.5 - 17 Amps High: 5 - 170 Amps

MICRO ARC DC 161 HF
Many customers require superb, low amperage capability but prefer
simple, traditional controls particularly when arc sensitivity is vital in
delicate, hand welding operations and programmed welding sequences are
not desirable. For those customers we designed and built the MICRO ARC
DC 161 HF. Using HF or Lift Arc starting, arc starts at 1.0 Amps are easy
and the stability of the arc provides the welding capabilities needed for
finely detailed work. An optional, external pulse control provides finger
tip control of all aspects of the welding current. Front panel downslope
and post-flow controls make the end of the weld cycle clean and smooth.
Welding Output:Low: 1.0 - 16 Amps High: 8 - 160 Amps
